New Immigration Bill

First Arizona and now Indiana? Why is Indiana trying to legalize racial discrimination? Immigration was and is supposed to be something that is handled federally so why is the state trying to get involved when they still have other things on their plate that they need to take care of. There are many murders and rapist still out on the loose yet we are trying to focus on illegal immigrants. The bill gives them the right to ask for a person's proof of citizenship if stopped based on the looks of that person. It just does not add up to me. I personally am against it, obviously, and hopefully the bill will not be passed.
